Water
Water as a foundation of health
One of the most underestimated pillars of health. Every cell depends on good hydration, so the quality of the water we drink matters as much as the quantity.

We take water for granted
When water quality is poor, the body has to work harder to stay in balance. Over time that can add to fatigue, inflammation and long-term health problems.
Bottled water
Widely used, but it often contains microplastics and may come from sources less pure than we assume.
Tap water
Generally safe, but it can carry chlorine, heavy metals, pharmaceutical residues and other contaminants.
Filtered water
Clean, well-filtered water supports digestion, cellular hydration, detoxification and metabolism.
Balance, not stripping everything out
I use a water filtration system myself, and I encourage everyone to learn what makes water truly healthy. Good filtration isn’t about removing everything. It’s about reducing harmful substances while keeping the properties that help the body work well.
Alongside nutrition, movement, sleep, light and stress regulation, water plays a central role in longevity, resilience and wellbeing.
