A global conversation on prevention and health
A podcast created to promote a deeper, more conscious approach to prevention and long-term wellbeing, for people everywhere.
Listen at healthsaving.orgSupporting the body before illness develops
Rather than focusing only on disease and treatment, we talk about the foundations of health that affect everyone, whatever their age, country or lifestyle.
Each episode looks at the quality of what surrounds us and what we put into our bodies: our food, the water we drink, the air we breathe and the places we live and work.
When discomfort appears, the first step is learning to listen to the body and support it naturally, with good food, hydration, movement, natural light, quality sleep and habits that calm the nervous system. Only then does medical care become truly effective.
